Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage internal and external meetings, overseeing accommodations, catering, and logistical arrangements.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with utmost discretion.
- Oversee daily office operations, including mail routing, shipment handling, and management of office supplies and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure that conference rooms and breakrooms are organized and inviting.
- Assist in employee engagement activities, contributing to our cultural initiatives.
- Support company-wide communications and prepare presentations for senior leadership.
- Provide project management assistance by updating action plans and timelines.
- Proactively identify and address issues to enhance office processes and workflows.
- Take on additional duties and projects as required to support organizational needs.
Qualifications
We are looking for a motivated self-starter who excels in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable taking on diverse responsibilities. The ideal candidate will possess:

- A Notary Public certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in office administration or assistant roles.
